UDIS Year 5/6

  Online Learning Next Week. เริ่มเรียนออนไลน์สัปดาห์หน้า As you will already know, safety is always our top priority. One of our class has tested positive for Covid so as a precautionary measure Y5/6 will be learning online next week. Do remind the children that there will be a daily class meeting at 8.10. We shall send you daily letters about our learning with all the appropriate links.   Coming soon International week/สัปดาห์สากลในเร็วๆนี้ This year, instead of choosing one country to study we will be following a theme. We will learn about  Breakfast around the world. Area and Perimeter / การหาพื้นที่และเส้นขอบ We have been learning about area and perimeter and have been making shapes, drawing them accurately and measuring their dimensions. Initially, we used actual size shapes, but we are now beginning to use diagrams which are not to scale. Everyone has measured squares and rectangles and some irregular shapes. We returned to school on Tuesday 1st February. Everyone is excited to be back and we are following our agreed school protocols to ensure everyone is safe.
