UDIS Year 5/6

Halloween at UDIS (Trying to start a new tradition) Today we celebrated Halloween in a non-scary dressing up day to reflect our house team colours. We did some Halloween dance exercises./ เต้นวันฮาโลวีน Maths update We have been learning about 2D shapes and their properties. Do you know what a heptagon is? Your children should know. We are also learning about angles and how to use a protractor.  This is the kind of vocabulary we have been working on... curved...straight...interior/exterior...length...obtuse angle...acute angle...right angle...perpendicular...parallel...scalene triangle...isoceles triangle...equilateral triangle...right angled triangl...

  We hope everyone will have a calm and relaxing half term break. Whether staying in Udon or traveling do remember to stay safe. We packed bags for a weekend break in a hotel.   In our assembly this week. we learned about safeguarding and the importance of online safety for children.
